I look at my businesses ROI as something that isn’t just money. Yet, my ROI is seeing customers satisfied and happy. If it wasn’t for the customers my business wouldn’t be up and running. Of course, it’s good to make sure you are investing money, but I think the TRUE ROI is seeing satisfaction from your consumers, it’s what keeps the business going and it’s what keeps me going as a business owner.
If it wasn’t for the support of customers, I’m not quite sure how a business would run. Having those loyal customers and having the support of people and knowing that they had a good time in my store and are satisfied with what they purchased, is what will motivate me and could motivate others to keep going! Even on social media; when people will comment or support my business through that, it really brings a light into my day. Living in such a local place is so amazing and the people here are so supportive of shopping local and it’s amazing to see that! Helping others is what we should do and it’s so cool to see that in action here. In the end, my true ROI is the satisfaction of my consumers.
